Pressler & Pressler Placed Levy on my account for debt that was already paid in full Cedar Knolls, New Jersey 07927Cedar Knolls New Jersey

This fake attorney's office placed a levy on my bank account in error after funds owed were paid in full. I have emails from the court officer and letters from Pressler confirming that the account was closed and paid in full however, the placed another levy for the same amount. The courts blamed in on Pressler and vice versa. When it was time to rectify this issue, Pressler would not direct me to who can help me.

Now I've been contacted by Pressler for another account that was paid as well and they are telling me to show them proof that the account was paid (back in 2004)...however they are not willing to show me proof of a statement that they are referring to. They are not organized and very unprofessional. Instead of taking the time to listen to the person they assume that the person is lying and try to insult them. If there is an attorney that would like to take this case please contact me. I am suing for placing a levy on my account twice in the same month as an error. I have all proof to show my account was paid in full to Pressler & Pressler. Everybody that works there are a bunch of misreable trash that they just hired off the street....they cant even speak proper english.
