I read several poor reports about this business. I also read several positive reports. Unfortunately, Serve justifies the poor reports. I chose to attempt to contact him prior to making any false judgement. His vehicle had been posted on ebay for several days and seemed to be in great shape. I owned one of these vehicles before and knew of the common problems. I I inquired about the possibilities of these problems with no response. I follow up explaining it is my second attempt and ask an additional question about the condition of the under carriage, just hoping for a response. The response I receive " a few spots of rust". Not only does that not address the fact that I called him out for not responding to my first message, but it's incredibly vague. He clearly shows not respect for a person about to spend thousands of their hard earned dollars. He's a dealer and his job is to sell cars. He's not too busy to respond, that's his job. I decided not to bid on the car. I refuse to give business to someone with no respect, even if it means spending more money. Some folks might luck out and get a decent car for a decent price, but I can assure you it's pure luck and not due to this man's efforts.

Jim, let's take a moment and look at your life... you troll these posts, get on your mighty horse and ridicule people, making assumptions to attempt to belittle them, only to make yourself feel like the almighty genious who should advise the world on all of their decisions. Well, sir, you're the scum of the internet. There's a reason why people like you are called trolls. I'm not sure you have ever purchased a used vehicle or purchased anything on the internet. When purchasing a vehicle, you go down your checklist of questions and concerns about the vehicle. Typically, you inquire about these concerns, and sometimes the seller will notify you of known issues, repairs, or their own concerns. Sometimes they do not and you have to inspect the vehicle yourself. By asking these questions to the seller, I took the first step, and had it documented or at least attempted to have it documented. So when I go pick up the vehicle prior to issuing the full payment, which you falsely assumed I would not do, I have documentation of the conditin of the vehicle. If that vehicle was not in said condition, I can now justify not paying for the vehicle. All I lose is my time, which for the right deal on the right car, could be worth the chance. By posting on here, it will warn other people to use even more caution than you typically would or not even pursue purchasing from this seller. I did not post to say "oh, I'm an idiot and lost all my money, listen to me complain. I should have talked to Jim. He would have led me flawlesslly through life". So Jim, how about you get off your horse and crawl under the bridge where you belong.

Let's see what happened here, shall we?  As an adult, you mustered up all the common sense you could and you applied all the traits of being a smart consumer up to the level of your ability, correct?  Going into this "deal" somewhere in the caverns of your brain, somewhere along the roads of life you can recall a case or two, and probably alot more of people who have been deceived and/or defrauded on a USED CAR purchase.  As such, you tap into your vast abilities to move forward with this purchase, at least up to the inqury stage.  If things would have gone "your way", you would have had this USED CAR shipped to you.  You would have made your decision to go thru with this based on several well defined criterion.  First, you decide to do business with someone and send off your money to an individual or entity you do not know.  Second, you base the purchase on words printed on a computer screen.  Third, you base your purchase of pictures on a computer screen.  Fourth, you base your purchase on a voice on the other end of a phone...the voice of someone you don't even know.  Moving on, this purchase would have been decided upon without you even laying eyes on this USED CAR.  Further, you would have made this purchase without you checking for fit, finish or body damage; taking a test drive; ensuring each and every accessory worked; checking for engine noises and correct transmission operation.  Alas, the purchase did not happen.  You were protected from moving forward with this STUPID IDEA of buying a USED CAR sight unseen on the internet!  Yep...since your level of the above traits of common sense and of being a smart consumer wouldn't even fill a thimble half way, someone had mercy on you and protected you from making what amounts to nothing more than a stupid purchase!  Maybe, you'll now take some time and reconsider doing something as obviously as dumb as this.  You have something else to do...why not get down on your knees to thank Him for protecting you!
