They advertise great prices, but they make you confirm your address which is fine. However, during the confirmation process my representative, # 226, told me the standard memory in the camera won't store any pictures and that I need to buy additional memory. He then states the battery is the worst ranked battery on the market and I should buy one of those. I told him it was hard to believe the manufacturers would release a product that doesn't work and he stated they did. I cancelled my order and tried with another model and the same thing happened only this time I immediately told the person, # 236, that I did not want any accessories and he put my order on hold and told me to call back. He then hung up. Be aware of these shady business practices of fraud and lies.
