Started harrassing me to remind me on the day before my payment was due. This pisses me offf@%#$@% I don't need you calling me the day before,the day of a couple of times,then emailed me from God knows where??? Who gave her my email address??? I didn't so I asked her not to contact me via email. She reported me to THE VICE PRESIDENT...OOOOHHHH he contacted me and said since it was 2 day's late and I got smart in my email that he needed me to clean my car out because a wrecker would tow it that day..yeah right. I called the BBB and my attorney and was told if they picked up cars that quick they should open up a dealership especially since THE VP MADE THE CALL to the wrecker co my car is still here. I fortunately had my payment and can imagine what they tell people who are having detrimental hardships. These people are horrible. If a class action suit goes out count me in. The pay must be GREAT for the treatment you get they have to be wealthy making tons of $$$$$ bills paid, butlers,servants and if the employees aren't living excellent there must not be any other jobs there in Utah. Must be nice having a job talking to the customers as though they were all pheasants. GOD PLEASE BLESS THESE HORRIBLE,NON CHRISTIAN WORKERS AND OWNERS OF PRESTIGE.

I too have experienced being called a couple days before my loan was due and even the day it was due.
After I told them to stop calling and bugging me, they finally did (I did have to get to nasty though).
My husband and I were late for the first time back in 2006, (we have until 2010 with them, grrr) and we were 10 minutes late and they called us and said we needed to have the payment in by the next morning or they were going to repo it. Then they said if they repoed it, they would garnish his wages for the unpaid amount at a rate of 800.00 month. That scared the sh*t out of us so we borrowed the money. My husband didn't get paid until 3 days later.
They explained that there is no grace period on the loan yet our paperwork said we have 7 days. They twisted it and said that meant they won't impose any late charges until after the 7th day late. Ouch, we were late again in 2007, and they charged us 23.00 day for everyday we were late (we were late 10 days).
No where in the contract did it say they could do that. It just said a late fee of not more than 5% of the loan. Which is less than $30.00!
I am so mad and aggravated that we are going to be stuck with them for another 2 years!
