I have seen that I am not the only one with a problem with these people.

I sent in a package of gold back in early June and was supposed to receive an offer within a week. 2 1/2 weeks went by and I did not hear from them at all. I called them and their customer service rep confirmed that the received the package and it was inventoried (he was even able to tell me what was in the package) but said that they were running behind and they would get back to me in the next 2 weeks. 2 weeks later, I called and was told the same thing. This time, however, I requested a manager. They gave the old line that there was not one available and that they would have one call me back in the next few days. This has now gone on for 7 months.

Now, after many emails to customer service and I do not know how many emails, I finally received my first response I have ever gotten from them late last night. They need me to give them an inventory list of everything I send it along with receipts and appraisals as proof of what I sent. Despite the fact that their service agents not only confirmed that I sent a package, but what was contained in it, they are not trying to say that I never even sent a package! I went on the web site to get the number and call them again and I see the site has been taken down, they have left no phone number to contact them with, and are closing up shop. What am I supposed to do now?
