It was a summer day, August 8, 2008, A young lady came to my door and said to me, I live in the neighbor hood a few streets over. I am trying to raise money to finish Steve Irwins under water filming.
Holly told me she was told I have grandkids and thought I would like to buy Elmo Videso and books. There were ten in all. I would thne receive a check for 34.00 to use at a store to buy what books I wanted. She said I would receive phone call before the check was cashed. No phone call.
Here is it several months later and have not received one thing. I guess i was really a sucker. I thought it would be good to finish off Steve Irwins adventure, but I guess this is the beginning of an adventure for me.
I will never buy from door to door again. if you can help me retrive my money please help me.

I went to my bank today and they told me this is totally fraud. I was then told to go to my local police station and they also said it was. Do not buy anything door to door until after you check with your local police to see if they are registered.
