Prestige Timeshare Marketing contacted us in August 2007 wanting to sell our timeshare. We would not send them money without them guaranteeing results. After negotiating with them from August 7, 2007 until August 27, 2007 they put in writing that they would refund our $699.00 if they did not sell our time share by November 6, 2007. We required Presige Timeshare Marketing amend the contract agreement and sign the amendment before we would pay their fee. They agreed in writing. They did not sell the timeshare.

When they contacted us they said that they already had a buyer. The contract says that they would forward all inquiries to us for negotiating. They never did so even when they said they did have a buyer.

April 2008 we contacted Dana Cruz, the current supervisor and she said that they would not refund us the money we gave them even though we have a written contract with them that they would refund us the money.

Contact your credit card company, if you paid with one. File a fraudulent charge with them since Prestige is in breach of contract. You may not get your money credited, but it's worth the effort. If that fails, sue Prestige for breach of contract. You should be able to do this is civil court without formal legal representation. Use the Internet for other hints and tips as to how, when, where to file, etc., and GOOD LUCK. They ripped me off too, along with hundreds of other people, some of which lost thousands of dollars!!!!
