To all that have been scammed by this company I have also been scammed by them for $2000. Let's help each other out and give each other information on who to call and what web addresses to file our claims. If we work together and push this we should be able to have these people put away and hopefully our money back.
I have some phone numbers that you can call to help us. I called the Attorney Generals office (954-712-4600) in Florida and they gave me the number to Citizens Service 850-414-3990, www.myfloridalegal.com. They have had a few calls on this already.
I gave them my information and they said that the more phone calls and web information that they can get the better chance that we have of them handling our complaint on this company. They were very helpful.
They told me to also call Consumer Protection for the state and county: state - Department of Agriculture & Consumer Service 850-488-2221 and county - Broward County Consumer Affairs 954-357-5350.
I also called a fraud hotline 800-876-7060 and they gave me the info for Division of Consumer Services 800-435-7352, on the web site you can also file your claim www.800helpfla.com.
I still have to call on some of these my self, but wanted to get this information out so that everyone else can start using it. If I get any further information I will pass it a long. If anyone else as any info that might help pass it along so we can push this issue and put these people where they belong.

If you work there and they are ligit, then contact the fraud department listed above and give him your personal info if you are sure. They have called me several times and will not give me a physical address or city where they are located and when I mention I listed it with the other company and paid already they laughted and hung up. So by all means please call the fraud department.

Vacations Direct Inc has never been another company. It has always been Vacations Direct Inc out of Daytona Beach. I am an employee of the advertising and marketing department ran out of Daytona Beach. This company also has advertising booths at the the Daytona Market next to the speedway. Saying this company is another and having it listed under "corrupt companies" is slandering and against the law. Who ever postged needs to get their facts straight before the company takes legal action.

I was contacted 4/16/08 from David wanting to know if I was wanting to sell or rent my timeshare. Long story short he gave me pretty much the same spill but with a different company name Vacations Direct Inc, new address, and new phone numbers:

My husband recognized the mans voice on the phone with me was the same man that at one point told us the company was no longer in business and hung up. When I got off the phone my husband called the old number 954-975-6798 they answered as Dealer Services of America dealing with warranties for vehicles. If anyone else has been contacted by them under a new name or has any other information on them we need to turn this information into to everyone we possibly can.
