Preston Painting Christmas Lights Rockwall Texas

I would just like to let everyone know that I saw a sign for Christmas lights in Allen Texas and seemed to notice them everywhere after that. I called the number on the sign and spoke to Preston with Preston Painting he came out quickly and quoted me 800 for Christmas lights I thought it was too much but with my busy schedule I just did it any ways. I had to leave and asked him to put a receipt in the mailbox and to this day I have never received one. Preston asked for my extension cords as I would have thought with an 800 bill that too would have been included. But, to make a long story short I was over charged and he never came back to take my lights down I had to pay someone else to take them down as of today. I was told by the firefighter that took them down that my house could have caught on fire as Preston used the wrong lights. So I just wanted to make it know if you plan to use this guy you may want to rethink your choice. 

In business when we pay for a service that is what we want service! Not to be taken advantage of, over charged, and promises not fulfilled.
