Your lawyer will inevitably have to put a C&D out on this report as a rebuttal. Odds are that its either a competiter or someone close to you or close enough to you that you have upset. I intend to pursue this matter in court for defamation. This person was not a client of my business. I have pursued legal options for defamation against the author of this false report in JP Court 13 in Wilmington De. In order to proceed and file they require the full name of the author. I would like you to provide me with that information in order to do so.

I have emailed you previously with a rebuttal indicating this report is a fake. I also have had an existing customer email you from my computer. Now I am emailing you again. I look forward to your prompt response. I intend to pursue this matter vigorously.

I have used this company quite a few times. It is just one very nice person that does this. She doesn't have any employees. It's always just her. And she recently started advertising on Craigslist for her service because she decided to do this work full time now to help put her son through college. I have always known her to be honest in her work. She has a great business reputation. Her referrals were excellent and I have been very happy. This person reporting her company must be mistaken about which business they used. It says they hire crooks. She doesn't even have any other employees. And I showed her this report. She's never dealt with any customers in Newark or a Sue either or had any unhappy or dissatified customers. I among them am very please with her. She's had the keys to home home and I fully trust her and her work

I do not have employees that work for my company this is a privately self owned business that I run myself. I have all my existing customers and have a perfect reputation. This information filed by this anonymous person is completely false. If they had a bad experience it certainly was NOT my company they used. I just read this website being "rip off report" and when people file a bad report against someone they only have the choice to file a rebuttle which this is. The other option for a business owner who received a false report against them is to as for an arbitrator from their company to assist with the resolution process. As the victim of the false report I would have to pay them $2,000 fee to initate the arbitration process to investigate this wrongful claim against me. I think it is very clear what is going on here.
