Price Busters funiture St I have paid 520.00 for a bedroom set i have not recieve, it was recall, they said they will let me no when one is coming in, now no one will take about the bedroom set, i want my money back baltimore, Maryland

march 3, went to price buster store on eastern ave, in baltimore, md. i paid my bedroom set off, gave sam 520 dollars, he told me to come back to pick up bedroom set on march 11 i return with a truck to pick up my set. he told me that the bedroom set was recall, so i ask would they make any more and he said yes, so i call the other price busters store where the bedroom set will be deliverd frist to see if it would come thier someone told me that the bedroom set was discontinue, I want my money back, they donot give refunds, in this case i want my money back, he should have not taken my money if the bedroom set was discontinue, i have to find out if they will make another set, mount vernon 386 bedroom set, I donot want anthing else from that store I want my money back it is going on 2 months, now sam will not even get on the phone to talk to me, he talks through a sales person. please help me.
