Price Shuffle Took my money out of my account thru false advertising by using a channel 4 review. It stated the credits would be free if I signed up by 12/8. Internet

I looked at a review from channel 4 news on Penny Auctions.  The site stated you get free credits just for signing up.  I went into their site and I signed up.  They wanted to know how I would pay for the items I won.  I put in my information.  They then charged my account 149.99, then another 50.00.    I did not realize that this even happen until a few days later after I noticed something was wrong.

What I noticed was every time a certain name, jhglobal (something like that) was in an auction, my bid button would not work. This name would win every time.  It only happened when he/she was bidding. 

So, I went into a forum and started asking around about this site.  That is where I noticed that they were a scam and they were charging my credit card (12/9/2010).

I wrote to them and told them I wanted my  money back on the 12/9/2010.  Here is where you can tell they are a true scam.  I rarely use my Gmail account.  I used it for this site.  I go in and received a reply stating that I would not get a refund.  And also noticed right before that, the other emails about "thank you for signing up" etc...  were just sent at the same time.  One even said I had to click on a link to confirm my account.  I never confirmed my account.  These people know what they are doing,  It should in my email that I clicked the link.  I never even saw any of the emails from them until 12/9/2010.  Because, I never got them.  They all came in after I filed a complaint with them.
