My husband got cancer and I was already doubting my decision... Steffies promised half refund when she paid her back taxes claiming that to BR her mothers litter... That was two years ago.. She hangs up on me ?
Two years ago i paid full price for a pup... Due to cancer and change of mind I told Steffie and she promised half refund
she said this litter belonged to her mom and they owed back taxes so give her some time... I called her and she hung up

Im Am Steffy. Miss Sylvia I Agree With You.. But...
AUTHOR: Pricelesspups - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Thursday, October 22, 2015
Miss Sylvia: I am in total agreement with most of what you have stated other than NOT KNOWING YOUR HUSBAND WAS ILL. You never made mention of that to me. For that I am so sorry for you and your family. I did agree to pay you half back not because I had to but because I am a good person and wanted too. I did ask for more time PER THE CONTRACT I have one year to do a refund if indeed one is to be given. I did open a grooming shop and we did have a few financial obligations AHEAD OF YOURS! All of those things are true. The only reason you knew of them is because I hid nothing from you because I am honest.
What you are not telling people and both of your emails proves this, is that you contacted me and asked to go back on the waiting list 1 year later and I agreed and allowed you to use your full 100% credit to do so. If I am such a bad person I did not have to give you a credit or agree to refund any money but I did. Once you picked out a puppy for the second time I aoplied all the money you paid to that second puppy which immediatley put you back under the camse contract you had broken a year prior.
As you admitted when cancelling the first sale you knew there was NO REFUNDS.
So by entereing into a new contract on a second puppy you were well aware of the contract. 14 days later you cancelled the sale of the second puppy. The contract and everything prior at that point became NULL AND VOID
At this point we no longer had any obligation to do anything as you had now broken 2 contracts over 2 different puppies and our business dealings were final and complete.
You cannot continue to tell this story and not tell everything that happened.
We did everything we could to be honest and forth coming and help resolve this situation. But upon your cancelling the second sale we at that time implemented the contract and are very confused as to how you claiming that we RIPPED YOU OFF.
You emails are very clear and you admit they are your own words. You clearly admit understanding the contract. So when we entered into the second contract with you for a second puppy and gave you the 100% credit that you had paid a year prior. Why do you think that upon cancelling the second sale you would be entitled to anything?
You cannot continue to enter into legal contracts with people and not think you have a legal obligation to hold your end of it up.
So although I agree with most of what Miss Sylvia has stated she is not telling the entire truth. But her emails tell a different story and cleary show the cancelation of the SECOND PUPPY SALE.
No matter how hard you try in business you cant please everyone. Its unfortunate but true.

SUBMITTED: Saturday, October 17, 2015
Miss Steffy Everything you say is true and you can tell from my emails that I am not a bad person . You simply left out that you were going to go against your policy and refund half. You said you typically don't do this but felt that I felt rushed on my decision because you told me someone else wanted her .... You were the good guy here. I called you a good while later about the money. You told me that litter belonged to your mom or MIL but she had back taxes to pay first... You even reassured me that my name was in your ledger.... So I am still going on good faith at this point You can keep your money if you need it bad enough to lie and omit When we spoke of money it was on the phone So I have no proof I notice you have gone to a great deal of trouble for something you normally ignore... The truth is just not in you You even told me about your start up grooming service to make up the tax expense .... The only thing I did wrong was to believe you You can post a thousand good things but this lie will always remain... And you seem to have such a good memory !!

AUTHOR: Pricelesspups - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Friday, October 16, 2015
Here is the proof Miss Sylvia is not being honest. In this email she clearly states she CHANGED HER MIND ABOUT GETTING A SHORKIE FROM ME and SHE ADMITS UNDERSTANDING THE CONTRACT! In her later emails after she decided she wanted to acutally get a puppy from me She admits to BUYING ANOTHER PUPPY from a differnt breeder a teacup yorkie and admits it was a BIG MISTAKE! So she wants me to honor the money she paid to me to get a puppy from me. So Miss Syliva is clearly not being honest and using this website to slander my good name. SHAME ON YOU MISS SYLVIA. SHAME ON YOU!
I DID INFACT HONOR the money she sent and allowed her to pick yet another PUPPY! I agreed to give her another chance. BUT ONCE AGAIN she changed her mind. That is when I removed myself from the sitiuation and allowed the contract to speak for itself that Miss Sylvia entered into with me. I did not rip Miss Sylvia off as you will read in her email to me below. God Bless you Miss Sylvia. I truly hope life gets better for you and you find peace within yourself. Steffy
ã
The First Email to me that Miss Sylvia UNDERSTOOD OUR CONTRACT CLEARLY and admits she changed her mind. Not becuase of any cancer as she claims. MISS SYLVIA BACKED OUT OF CONTRACT ON THE ORIGINAL PUPPY SHE PURCHASED and she admits why she canceled the sale. SHE CHANGED HER MIND!

I am so embarrassed that I am emailing and not calling. I have made a decision not to get a pup. Today for the first time I looked at the former pups that are adults and love the look of the puppy but not the look of the adult…I am stunned at my reaction to the adult pictures. The only adults I liked were light in color and very small in weight.
I am sorry for all the indecision and for being so impulsive and causing all this confusion. I should have done my homework on your web page…..it was all there for me to see and I never looked beyond the puppy page except for the dogs on the animal print sofa….
I read your policy on refunds so this will just have to be a learning experience for me..
I pray she ends up in the perfect home and again am so sorry for this.
I know for sure this is not the breed for me and am not going to go through with it because of the money because then I would be looking for a home for her…..
Thank you, Steffy, and please try to understand….
Sylvia

I know you remember me as I paid for a little girl and then got scared of my decision... Big mistake as I then got a teacup yorkie. I have had her almost a year and a half... She has a collapsing trachea and has almost died once... My heart is broken for is only a matter of time as I can't allow her to have a compromised life..... Right now she only has honking spells if she gets excited. My 17 yr old yorkie/ Pom is 17and my cavalier has a 3-4 grade heart murmur and a cardiologist ... No enlarged heart yet.
I say all of this because I love Nikko and nico..... Love that color and would also be interested in morkie....
Can I put my name on your wait list for this since I have paid once?
Thanks
Sylvia W
I have the time to wait for this color.... The smaller the better

Hey Steffi
My daughter bought a pup for her daughter yesterday .
I am sad I didn't tell her of your shorkies that I was going to surprise her with.
Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to use the credit toward a puppy.
So I will not need to be on your wait list now
Hug
Sylvia
Hope you have a great year and lots of beautiful pups.....

Steffy's Rebuttal
AUTHOR: Sheila - (USA)
SUBMITTED: Friday, October 16, 2015
I have purchased 2 of Steffy's priceless pups and my daughter has 2 as well. I first ran across her site after I lost my mom and my 7 year old Yorkie due to a genetic problem -cause by a bad breeder....I was looking for someone that did this type of testing and Priceless Pups was the first site to come up...after looking at her site, I immediately contacted her...From the first time we talked I felt a strong connection to this wonderful lady....we talk for an hour about loss of loved ones and getting a new puppy....she was the kindest most caring person I have ever met to me, a complete stranger...she was far more interested in what I was going through than trying to sell me a puppy....most breeders could care less about who buys their dogs, but with Steffy it goes way beyond the money ....she encouraged me to wait awhile before getting a puppy in order to give myself time to grieve...seriously, how many breeders would do this? With Steffy, it's about helping people find the puppy right for them, not just selling puppies for money. After many conversations, we starting looking for what she thought was the right puppy for me...turned out the one we chose also had a sister so I decided to take both! She went over every part of her contract and was very clear how everything worked...I understood completely because she was so thorough... Throughout what felt like forever til I had these sweet girls in my arms, Steffy kept me updated on them...the minute I got them I knew they were the exact puppies for me-thanks to Steffy! They were so social and loving-just 2 little fur balls that loved everyone, especially when someone gave them a "belly rub"!!! I contribute all of this to Steffy who had loved them as she does all her pups from day 1.

Consumer of Priceless Pups - Stephanie Bailey
AUTHOR: Garnette - (USA)
SUBMITTED: Thursday, October 15, 2015
I have personally brought 2 dogs from Stephanie Bailey in May 2012 and September 2013. I contacted Stephanie by phone the day I found out a puppy I had a deposit on in my city had become ill from Parvo. She explained in detail how she handled her breeding contracts and how the deposit and full payment is handled and went into great detail about how she handled the early vaccine progress with her dogs.
Three days later I contacted her after my puppy died and we discussed in length what puppy personality would be best for my family. When I sent a payment to her she went over in detail each part of her contract to make sure I understood before I sent in my signed contract and payment. I had the best experience in purchasing my first puppy from her due to her wonderful support that when I decided to add a second small dog to my family I would only buy one of her puppies.
In her purchase contract she has everything written in upfront and honest language and when compared to other breeder contracts, Stephanie is very clear in her language that breaking the contract has financial implications due to the time and effort she has spent in saving that puppy for that family. I have also met and befriended a large number of her puppy families and not one person has ever said anything negative about their puppy and most have more than one from her. Stephanie is very fair and goes out of her way to help others so there has to be a miscommunication on the part of the other party.
She has been a wealth of information for the Shorkie breed and after having two puppies from her I could never buy from another breeder. She is available to answer any question and I have met her in person more than once. The care and compassion my two puppies had prior to living with me is clearly evident in the way their social skills, personality traits and loving nature which is directly tied into the time, care and puppy genetic planning that Stephanie does with each litter of puppies. I have referred everyone who inquiries about my wonderful dogs directly to her and her professional website. I will continue to refer to her and have no qualms in submitting my full support in her as a professional, ethical and compassionate breeder.

I am the lucky owner of the sweetest, most loving dog in the world, a Shorkie puppy that I adopted from Steffy Bailey at Priceless pups in April 2013. From the very first phone call I knew the most important thing to this breeder was making sure her puppies went to wonderful loving homes. She gets to know each family so that they get the perfect puppy. Steffy is very clear from the beginning about her contract and makes sure each item is understood. She is a business woman of integrity, honest and ethical in all her dealings. Her puppies are the best there are because of the time, effort and love she gives them from the first breath they take until they go home at about 3 months old.
I traveled to Pennsylvania earlier this year to meet Steffy when she delivered a puppy to his new family. She is even better in person and it was wonderful to see the care she continued to give the puppy until he was in the arms of his new Parents. Priceless puppy owners are a family with one thing in common, we love our puppies and we love Steffy. Please go to her website and read all the reviews there from real people like me, I'm Lily's Mom. Join her Facebook page, there are many of us that would be happy to talk to anyone interested in a Priceless pup. You won't find a better breeder than Steffy!

AUTHOR: E Pierson - (USA)
SUBMITTED: Thursday, October 15, 2015
Stephanie Bailey is the best dog breeder I have ever had the privilage to meet and do business with. I own two of Steffy's dogs, and have referred friends and family to her as well. She works tirelessly for the breed, and to support her clients. Steffy has a very understandable and up-front contract, as well as being personally available to all her clients if they need additional help understanding the contract.
Unfortunately, because of people such as the person who submitted this report, Steffy often has to deal with those who would sign a contract then refuse to have the integrity to stand behind their signature. This is such a case, and when these people don't get the outcome they demand, they threaten (and do) post negative reports online to try to ruin the reputation of those who won't be intimidated by threats.
If you are interested in Steffy's wonderful shorkies, please visit her website. It contains page after page of referrals from happy owners and pictures of the most wonderful dog breed in the world, the magnificent Shorkie! The amount of work and love that goes into each puppy is enormous, and comes directly from Steffy. She is always there for her clients, and is one of the fairest business people I know.

Please read your contract.
AUTHOR: Pricelesspups - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Thursday, October 15, 2015
Unforntunetly in business you can not please everyone. Miss Slvia did pay for in full for a puppy and ended up deciding she did not want a SHORKIE she wanted a different type of breed. Please let me say this is the very first mention of and CANCER ISSUES> Our contract is very clear thay we do not provide refunds for people changing their minds personal situations or circumstances. We do however provide a LIFETIME HEALTH WARRANTY amd FULL REFUND up to 5 yrs of age to any of our puppies that should ever have any genetic issues. So prior to agreeing to adopt a puppy from us Miss Slyvia was very aware of this. She called and acknowledged that she CLEARLY understood that we did not provide refunds and acknowledged it. I offered to put her back on our waiting list and maybe she could take another puppy down the road but she did not want that. It is true that I finally did agree to refund her half of her money with in a year. Again this is apart of our contract. If there is ever an agreed upon refund to be given we have one year to provide it. What Miss Slyvia is not telling is that she picked another puppy from us for her granddaughter. I agreed that she had paid for a puppy in full and she could have her. Once I agreed to that yet again Miss Slyvia changed her mind. At that point I have just removed myself from the situation and have not had any more contact with Miss Slyvia. The real issue here is that when people enter into a contract and have a clear understanding of it and change theri mind they should not expect the other party not to follow the contract. Adopting a puppy is a lifetime commitment and we make sure that the families who adopt our puppies are ready to make that commitment in eveyr way possible. As for me hanging up on Miss Slyvia that is not correct. I did get a phone call from her and she asked me If I was going to refund her money and I said REALLY MISS SLYVIA? as mentioned above she picked a second puppy and again backed out. Then the line went dead. So I did not hang up. I thought she was mad at me and hung up. So perhaps that was a misunderstanding or a cell phone drop of call. We have 28 years plus of amazing references all over the world and this is just an example of a person that broke a contract that we could not make happy. At this point we are no longer working on fixing the situation and will be standing by the original contract especially after we were contacted by this website to let us know about the report she had made. These tyoe of websites do not bother me at all they are a place for people to express themselves. But there was no rip off here. Simply put Miss Slyvia broke her contract. Everyone has a person truth in these situations but a contract does not lie. Good luck and God Bless Miss Slyvia we wish you the very best. Below are just some of our amaing references. For anyone wanting ti view the contract in full it is on our website.

Hi Stephanie,
I thought I would send some updated pics of our little guy. He is still just a joy. He is such a snuggler, and has never once been aggressive towards...well anyone! He and our kitty wrestle around and play together it's so cute! It took her a while to get used to him, but he was so patient and gentle to her that she finally gave in and decided to be friends. Anyways I thought you might like some more pictures. :) Thanks again for the best dog we could have asked for!

Our last dog become very aggressive and bite my daughter and others. You assured me that your puppies all have great temperament, and you were right. I was not sure what to expect at the airport ,but everything went fine. We got him home and with in two days it was like he lived with us forever. Over the next few months I did have some questions that you answered and followed up to see how we were doing. He is a such a love. We could never imagine him not being a part of our family.

"marcieshomes"
Hello!
I was just taking a look at your website, which I haven't done in a long time, and thought I should drop you a line to let you know how Chewie (aka Sabrina) is doing.
Chewie has been a absolute joy. She has a personality of a little person. From the time she came home she was always crazy about bouncy balls. I think we have probably gone through a hundred of them by now! From the very second she wakes up in the morning, she immediately runs for her ball, goes outside to do her business and brings it back in with her and expects that someone plays with her, tossing it to her, all day long. There seriously is NEVER a time that she does not have it with her. If company comes over, she brings the ball to them and sets it by their feet so they can join in and toss it to her. She catches it in mid air like a frisbee. It actually gets a little exhausting, to the point where we have to hide her ball every now and then, but then she pouts - so that doesn't last very long.
She is best friends with the cat as well. . She LOVES car rides, and being in real estate and doing a lot of running around, she goes everywhere with me. She is a FANTASTIC trip dog. She has driven to NC about 4 1/2 hours and was no problem at all.
I couldn't be happier with her, and someday down the road, I hope to add to the family with another Shorkie.
I'm attatching a few pictures of Chewie, and as you can see, her ball is always present!! Hope all is going well with you and the puppies.

We adopted "Sasha" now Daisy from you this spring. Daisy is now 6
months old and weights almost 9lbs (which is exactly what I wanted)!
She is such a sweet loving girl. She is fully housebroken and has
graduated from puppy training class. We took her with us on vacation
to Lake Tahoe this summer. She was very well behaved and we couldn't
imagine not having her with us. I am a proud mom and am sending you a

beautiful gold color! I am also sending a timeline of photos for

spoiled little girl you have ever seen. She goes to work with me everyday and
more people come in to see her than to see me. I am going to put a sign in
the window on the days she is in. I have had a few e-mails from your potential

Hi Steffy,
I thought I'd give you an update on Rondo. He has settled in really well. He and Wes play like brothers; sometimes it's just fun and then at times they get a little rough but they do enjoy each other's company. They often play tug of war over a toy they both want. My daughter found them sleeping together in Wes' bed the other day. Rondo is eating and sleeping well. I took him to the vet last week where of course they all fell in love with him.
I've sent along a few pictures. In the one of him sleeping he is actually sacked out on one of our end tables. He likes to crawl up there from the couch. I think it must feel cool on his belly. He is certainly a loveable little guy and he gives and gets lots of kisses.
I'll keep you posted on how he's doing. Hope you have a good day. It's been way too hot and muggy here.
Take care.

Hi Steffy,
I hope your having a wonderful weekend! I just wanted to take the time to write you and tell you how grateful I am to have been sent in your direction to my purchase my first puppy. It all started when I went to visit my sister Emily in Los Angeles. I met her puppy 'Buttercup' for the first time and I instantly fell in love, she had nothing but wonderful things to say about you. She gave me your contact information and I filled out an adoption form as soon as I got back in town. You contacted me immediately and told me about a little puppy named Monty that you had. As soon as I saw his picture I knew he was the one.
The whole adoption process was so simple and so easy. Monty was my first puppy and I was definitely ready for the responsibility. I couldn't have asked for a better breeder, you are so responsible and care so much for these babies.
When Monty arrived he was a little shaky at first, but after a few minutes he warmed up to me and gave me nothing but kisses and wags of his tail on the ride home. He has become my little love bug, I couldn't have asked for a better dog. He amazes me everyday with his love.
I feel so fortunate to have him. So, thank you so much from the bottom of my heart!!!!
And I cannot wait for the arrival of my second fur baby!!!! Like you say, your website is so addicting its not even funny!!
Thanks again Steffy you are a wonderful person! God Bless!

Dear Steffy,
How are you hon? Long time no talk. Just wanted to touch base and tell you how UNBELIEVABLE our little baby Lexie is! She is beyond sweet, gorgeous and so playful. She makes me smile and laugh every day. As we speak she is playing joyfully with her many toys -- gallivanting around the living room like the princess she is. She eats okay, loves anyone that comes over, learns so quickly and honestly, I don't know how, but she just gets more and more adorable everyday!!!! Walking Lexie is a red-carpet-experience -- you can't make it a block without being stopped by people who want to gush over her. She turns heads everywhere she goes. Most importantly though, she showers me with her love every chance she gets. I was so worried about getting a puppy with my busy lifestyle -- but you reassured me about Lexie's sweet and easy-to-train personality. And you were right!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you for this amazing addition to our family!! We are so lucky to have met you and to have gotten Lexie!!
With love,

Meet Benji!!!! Chocolate Shorkie Boy
Dear Steffy :
I am writing you, as testament to your wonderful company and fantastic puppies !
I am the proud "mama" of a new fur baby - Benji born 04/29/2008.
Let me start first, by saying I am completely satisfied with your service to us animal lovers !
From the beginning (and I did TONS of research) you have been professional, courteous, honest and sincere both in listening to me but also helping me to find my own answers in my own heart.
Never, did I feel pressure or feel wary of your guidance. You, Steffy , made me feel comfortable and secure in outlining my needs and desires, and assisted me in narrowing the choices until it came time for my final decision.
Unfortunately, there are sites out here who's poor integrity and business practices are apparently absent in dealing with the public. I'm so grateful that I let me instincts lead me to quickly exiting their sites and seeking others, until I found you. In my research, I contacted numerous breeders of all sorts of dogs, several veterinarians all of whom referred me to Priceless Pups.
You have an impeccable reputation and all of the past customers I contacted had nothing but positive things to say of you and the puppies.
Next, your love of animals shows. Not only in speaking with you, but the knowledge you have of each and every Animal Parent or adoptive parent that have dealt with you and Priceless Pups.
You policy is clear and concise, you have always either answered me via email - phone - or return message without fail.
From pre-natal updates to final delivery, you kept me informed and was always patient with my numerous questions.
Well -the day came for Benji to arrive via plane - and as terrified as I was of this trauma for him, he appeared unscathed and none the worse for wear. You & I both shed tears that day and I will never forget it ! Our connection is complete Sissy !
My little baby came clean, soft, shiney, healthy & a little frightened. But within 2 minutes of removing him from the pet carried, he was wiggling and kissing and snuggly - all things I relate to your constant attention and socializing. He has had a whirlwind first few days of new sights, smells, people, other animals (dogs, cats & ferrets) and shows no fear in any situation.
Benji is a much loved, greatly anticipated new addition to my crew and I can't imagine life as it was, without him, already !
Thank you for a wonderful experience, Steffy. Keep up your wonderful work - May God Bless you a thousand fold !
I would be more than glad to share my experiences with anyone - right now, I've got to hug and love-up my fur baby !
Sincerely,
Deb Frank (Hamburg, NY)

My husband David and I adopted Buski in February, and I wanted to send you an update and some pictures. We renamed him Ronin, and he is the cutest little puppy ever! As you can tell, he has been keeping us very busy. We took him to a puppy class in the spring, and he loved being around all of the other dogs. He is so friendly that he will walk up to complete strangers and roll over onto his back as if to say Come on, rub my belly already.
David and I couldn't be happier with our new family member. Here are a couple of pictures from a recent weekend trip to the lake. Ronin loves to hang out on the boat!
Hope all is well. I love the new videos you have on your site.

pricelesspups@yahoo.com
Hi Steffy!
Hope you're having a great summer! Wanted to share some photos of Ozzy (AKA Kirby). He's doing great and we love the little guy! He's become the center of attention in our family. We went through quite the transition in the beginning but we hung in there and so glad we did. We sent him off to puppy boot camp for five weeks. There they trained him all the basic commands and worked with him in public places and so on. When we got him back he was a more mature well mannered pup. Great experience for us all!
I want to Thank you for EVERYTHING! You were so supportive and very helpful with the whole process of purchasing our little guy and I'm sooo glad I bought from you rather then the other terrible breeder we almost went with locally. By the way we settled for getting half our deposit back to avoid taking her to court. Better than nothing but was all still worth giving up to be able to work with someone as great as you. You know your stuff when it comes to these dogs and I will recommend you to anyone looking to purchase any of the pups you sell. You're a class act!
We'll keep you updated and send you new pics of Ozzy as he continues to grow/mature. Right now he's a little over 6 months old as the happy picture of him shows and he's now at full grown size. He's at 11-12 lbs as you said he would be. The perfect size for us and our kid's!
All our best to you and your family! Please pass on the photos to his breeder in St. Louis . Thanks again for everything!
Love ya!

Hi Steffy,
I wanted to give you an update on Gracie. I have had her almost a month and she is a wonderful pup! I love her so much and she is the best looking puppy around! She is 99% potty trained to go outside and she is so playful and fun. She is sleeping through the night and of course she is sleeping in our bed. I know, I could not stand it so I let her be an extra person in the bed!!!! She is great with kids and has become wonderful friends with our English Bulldog, Gunny who is 60lbs. They are so cute together and she really pushes his buttons all the time with all of her energy. I could not have asked for a better breeder. You really have been the best help along the way and I feel like I am fully prepared trying to raise a puppy.
I wanted to also write about an incident that happened to me recently. It would be good for people to read about when thinking about adopting a puppy from any random person. One of our neighbors adopted a MaltiPoo at 8 weeks old the day after I brought Gracie home. They adopted him from a local breeder that was not well known and only paid $300. Two days after getting him home, he became really ill and it was determined he had Parvo. She called me so upset since he had been around little Gracie but since she was from such a great, safe breeder, I called you just to make sure, but I knew she would be ok since she was up to date on her shots and had been looked after for 3 months to make sure she was healthly before coming to me. The MaltiPoo puppy was in the hospital for a week and came home and is doing great now but that was such a scare to the owners and a great lesson to learn, that you should only adopt puppies from well known, dependable breeders such as yourself.
Thanks again for all of your help and keep up the good work. I have attached some updated pics of Gracie. Enjoy!

Hi Stephanie:
We are so sorry it has taken us so long to correspond with you. Diane and I are so pleased to report that Gracie is doing just great. She now weighs a whopping two pounds! Her hair is growing and it looks as though her color is lightening.
We had a great trip back to San Diego after we left you at the airport in Seattle. First of all, Gracie was the star of the Seattle airport until our flight left late that afternoon. Once on board the airplane, she slept in Diane's arms all the way to SD.
Once we arrived home, she spent a few days surveying her new turf but is now firmly in place as the "diva" of our household. Seriously, she has the sweetest personality and disposition, bar none and is capable of some serious cuddly periods a couple of times a day.
She checked out great during her first Vet's visit and was the star of the show there as well. Everyone who sees her has to comment on how cute she is. Diane & I, of course, do not argue that point. She is learning to walk on a leash (sort of) but, after some trepidation, is now enjoying the half block walk all the way down to the mailbox. She always walks on the right, except for the zig zags to grab leaves or other attention getters.
We are working with a trainer to help us get the basics down and we are so proud to report that she can already sit, stay & down (most of the time). She earns treats like a seasoned veteran! Even our trainer said, "she is so cute". We are slowly re-acclimating ourselves and our home to "puppy energy" and it is a true labor of love.
We could not be happier with her and we wanted to thank you so much for your tender care and good advice so we could get started so nicely.
We hope all is well with you.
Best regards,
Gary & Diane & Gracie

He is wonderful so unbelievably cute and friendly, and very spunky! He is a crack up with our big labradoodle he loves to jump up and try to grab Boomer's tail, and they have a great time wrestling together. My initial fears were unwarranted, and Boomer seems to know intuitively how to control is vastly bigger size. Skipper does great in his crate at night, he's a good eater, and very healthy. Hiya Steffy,
I saw that William had sent you a message, so i thought i would send one myself just to personally thank you. You must be one amazing woman to raise such wonderful pups. Griffy, now known as Maximus Griffin Smith, is the sweetest, cutest, sneaky, loving, cuddling little dude ever !!!! All the way to the airport my nerves were on edge, i was scared he would be so frightened, but he seemed fine once we got him. Max was just a little shaky, so i wrapped him in the blanky i bought for him and i just held him close and i just softly talked to him until he stopped shaking.
The past couple weeks with this baby have just been the sweetest. He is the first thing i look for when i get home from work at night. And there he will be, in his play pen just waiting. He truly is a sweety. I cant thank you enough !!! Our daughters , as well as our Pitt Patches just love him. Right now as i type this to you, i have Max in my lap, he's sleeping.
Its like having a new baby, well without the nursing and crying....haha
Anyways, thank you once again. You are going to bring amazing joy into so many lives with your priceless pups.

Here are the pictures of Wes I promised a few weeks ago. Sorry it took so long to get them to you. He is so much fun to have around. Not a day goes by that he doesn't make us laugh with something he has done. Today he ended up in my daughter's wastebasket head first with just his hind legs sticking out the top. I guess he was checking out what she had in there. He uses the pee pads pretty well although he likes the edge and doesn't realize that sometimes he isn't on it far enough. He also thinks it's great fun to grab the edge in his mouth and run across the room with it. He goes back to the vet on Friday for his next round of shots. I'm sure he'll do just fine.
Hope all is well with you! Hope you like the pics.

With all the holidays it was a little hectic, but thank goodness it's slowd down since then! :) The kids were absolutely thrilled about our new little baby. We had him waiting out by the Christmas tree when they woke up, and they didn't think he was theirs. They asked us if it was our friends dog. When we told them he was ours, they were soooo excited. My son and daughter both to this day have said he is the best Christmas present either one of them has ever had. He is the sweetest little guy. He loves to play with us, and loves to cuddle.
