Just like nuerouse other reports I have read on internet about this company. I unfortunatly fell for this. I am usually very skepitcal but love to travel. So they called me at night and instead of being rude and hanging up on them I listened to their speel. I asked doezens of questions even have the nots of what they promised me. I signed the document of certificate which my Credit card company says is iron clad. I disputed this with credit card company the very next day and closed my account. They had already ran my card and I was out. The credit card company started a fraud claim. And in the interum I tried for weeks to just try and book a vacation to see what would happen. They did all the same stuff ou read in everyones elses complaints. It was such a joke on hold forever, dropped calls if you didi speak to someone they would suggest something that we didnt want or would cost additional charges. we gave up and called the fraud dept again who got on the line with the company and agreed they couldnt offer me what they said they could deliver..This was in January. Today I got a call from my credit card company saying they got the info back from the company and that I had signed their certificate stating I agred to a no refund and that they couldnt help me. I told them are you kidding me after all this time I have to pay for 1000 bucks for swampy land in Florida. I didnt understand why companies arent helping por inoccent people. Getting ripped off by foreign scams.
