Priceline Will not cancel hotel reservation, Internet

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

I can no longer take a trip I planned a few weeks ago. Called both the hotel and Priceline to cancel. The hotel told me Priceline had to cancel it and Priceline told me they are still charging my credit card for the room. I feel ripped off.
