Priceline uses deceptive practices to award hotels that are not selected within the area by the user. Their customer service is intentionally hard to find and even when they have admitted errors in their web site, refuse to make things right. I reported the issue within minutes of receiving their confirmation and although they contacted realized the error, they refused to help. i went all the way up the chain as far as I could until they stopped answering my emails.

I used to use priceline often and recommended it to others but no more. This week was the 3rd and final time to be fooled by them.

Oh and by the way, when I called my bank to dispute the charge, my banker had the same experience and said she used to use their service often until it happened to her too. They also refused to help her.
