Priceline informs public that bids can not be cancelled and that if special needs are warranted to contact hotel but the hotel will not agree to changes since they really do not like being undercut in prices by Priceline My wife has serious emphazima and can not be in any room previously used by smokers. Priceline refused to cancel even after knowing this.
