Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

NEVER! EVER! do business with Their system is designed to screw you over. They allowed us to purchase a room at 7pm, while requiring check-in at 1pm the same day! As if we could go back in time. Due to the missed check in time, they canceled the 4 day reservation and kept the entire fee. Please share with your friends; don't let it happen to you. I shared with 25K people.  Pass it on.

Priceline is unethical

Yes, I am very aware that most don't have 1pm checkin.  I get a hotel every other weekend and know the policies.  This hotel actualy said I had to be there at 1pm.  That is totaly inconvenient for the customer.  The hotel business falls within the customer service industry.  How about a little service?  Further, the fact of the matter is they did cancel my reservation and kept the money for the full four days.  That is not the way to do business.  You can argue with me until you are blue in the face.  It will not change my mind.  That is unethical business practices designed to cheat customers. Period.

You are leaving something out

You bought the room at 7PM..when did you try to Check-In? 

Because when you got a room it is guaranteed for a late arrival.   No Hotel requires you to Check-In at 1PM and only at 1PM.  That would be the earliest time you can check-in, but again since your room is paid for they will hold it for you.  But not only that I actaully have never heard of any hotel that has a 1PM check-in, most will have no earlier than 3-4PM.

But this "hold" doesn't last forever.  If you purchase a room for multiple nights, but don't show up that first night they can cancel your remaining nights.  But that is not the fault of Priceline, and is standard policy with just about every hotel.
