priceline.com Hilton Garden Inn New York West 35th Street stole money, rip off, theives, uncooperative, New york city Nationwide

*Consumer Comment: You were not ripped off...

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

I placed an order theough priceline.com for hilton garden in on 35th street in NYC. 1 minute after placing the order, i realized i used the incorrect dates.  I called the hotel who told me to call priceline.  I called priceline who got on the phone with the hotel and they process the payment right then. I  know this as it appeared on my account.  The second they realized they could screw over a customer, they did.

I then called the hotel back and spoke with the same person that did this at the hotel with the priceline person. Her name was Christina, and she was uncooperative, mean, unprofessional, unhelpful, unwilling to help and unempathetic.  Would not even entertain moving my dates, or using that credit toward another stay.  Nothing. A true customer service disaster. HIlton should be completely ashamed of themselves.  I  just got back to work after being laid off for 6 months, and this was my kids college rent money that they stole.  Theives.  They should go to jail for stealing and get sexually abused hourly for being so horricically devilish scumbags.

I always use a credit card, but due to financial situation, I used paypay.  THey wont help either.

You were not ripped off...

AUTHOR: Robert - (USA)

When you make a reservation on Priceline you are required to agree to their terms and conditions.  These include the fact that your reservation is non-refundable and non-changeable.  There is no clause that says if you made a mistake, even if you realize it 1 second after you submit it, that you can change it.  This is why Priceline, the hotel, or your bank will not make an exception for you.  By the way even if you had used a Credit Card they wouldn't help either.

As for this being your kids college rent money...please give us a break.  Unless you pay for them to stay in New York Hotels that is just a bunch of BS you are trying to use to gain more sympathy.  But all it does is remove what little credibility your report may have had.

But you know what the most disgusting of your report is.  Your reference to them being sexually abused.  Perhaps before making a comment like that you should talk to real people who have actually had to go through that.  Go see what they say when you make this comment to them.
