This company is the lowest form of job you can get. You make sales and the owners don't pay. They scream at you to tell you to make calls , offer bonuses and then they don't pay and worse they sell junk health insurance that doesn't do anything for people.
They lie to those that they speak with by offering health insurance and its nothing more than accident coverage by a "B" rated company that most likely will not pay the claim. The Policies are nothing more than discount insurance plans and most Doctors don't take this insurance. The agents are not licensed in the States they they sell in and are licensed only in FL. Some are not liensed at all. All Insurance agents must have an insurance licensed in the States they are selling in.
The owner, Alan Weiner is a stand in for the real owners who are not permitted to be licensed due to previous crimes. The manager, Garrett Morrell fires people on the spot in front of the entire staff often yelling a them. A very unprofessional and unethical operation that needs to be looked at closer by the Dept. of Professional regulation and the FL. Department of Insurance. The principal Agent is never there and rumor has it he is a Dentist in Miami and is related to the financial backer that can't get a Insurance license due to his past and is never there.
Do not go work there no matter what the tease is.

First of all this individual we will use his name CHARLIE, was for a very short time an employee of our buisness being NEW in the industry we gave him a shot. This individual continued to show up an hour late everyday, did outside work unrelated to his job description, left on average 3 hours early and showed no promise of improvement. The policies we sold were great major medical and other alternatives in the market place, he wouldn't know because he never sold any nor never has.....
The reason this individual was fired is because he was caught taking an applicant from an agent and then lied about it when he was caught RED HANDED! Sorry i don't know any buisness that tolerates theft. Besides the fact that all this accusations are unsubstantiated!
Do not hire this individual, piss poor work ethic with an attitude and blantant dissregard of his fellow workers to match! full name to be provided soon, until then be on the lookout for a male 5'7 between 160-180 lbs. wearing a 1993 members only Ritz Carlton hat!
