Hello To All Concern:

I am a former driver of Prime Inc. I am looking for any former drivers who have had issues with Prime and would stand with me in a suite against Prime.  Also I was guarnteed/Promised a pay check from my Fleet Manager (Jeff Murphy). What I recieved was the following: 26, 1254, 49, -795 dollar checks. I guess that was promised was to owe the company a pay check. My truck was not utilized properly, I was given low paying loads, and when inquiring about a possible upcharge for additional fuel, I was given a stiff lecture on the phone being told that the rate is the rate, and there will no changes to this rate. Even when I asked for an estimation, I was denied, and when I questioned this, I was told "No means no, and you have no clue about truck driving".

If a man who is a fleet manager, one who has never been a truck tries to tell a vetern driver he no idea, maybe he should get some experience, then start telling drivers this. It makes no sense, without the experience to back it up. If anything, this type of fleet manager needs to look at their short fuse, and try to understand that they deal a variety of different drivers. And if they are trying to help a driver, this does not mean, to call them, leacture them, and threaten their way of life. Jeff did all this, and I am homeless, and the last thing he said to me was..if your cancellation form is complete, there is no reason for you to message me..

Here is a sample of a qcom message that a fleet manager sent me, wanting me to use a safe haven rule, as there is no rule, and showing the importance of the load over the driver.

POSTED: Wednesday, May 22, 2013

IM an ex driver for prime inc, i whent to there training program and i was garuanted 600 a weak and after 4,000 miles and additional 12 cents per mile. I never once resived the 600 and or the extra 12 cents a mile and i drove 6,800 miles a weak, this doesnt add up, or make sence . SO i called to talk to them they denied ever saying that, and the thing about it is it even says it on their web page. They lied about the contract they did not honor it and i feel like i have been taken advantage of and i wont to sue prime and if any one wants to join me let me know thru an email (((redacted))).

Thanks,

concerned citizen
