On march 26 a representative of prime legal credit services contacted with help. Advising they could remove all debts which were incorrect and also bills that were mine. It started with a $59 credit report to show what needed help. Then the calls started after setting up a payment for the $250 all letters disputes were to be sent out. Instead others from the same company started also texting and calling with other offers.

After calling trying to understand why I was receiving calls someone finally emailed saying there was no record of anyone contacting me. Suddenly everything seemed wrong. I tried calling again this time to cancel and was disconnected so began the cancellation form and sent it. I sent that form 3x and would receive I email stating the form was invalid. I continued sending that email for days untill someone emailed back

On April 8th I received a copy of my email saying the account had been closed and cancelled however the there has been no refund made yet and the bank is still currently working to help also. This has been frustrating from the start. All the phone calls texts and emails to fix this problem has been an up hill battle. The company works under several names and doesn't keep good records of there employees and the false advertising they give. This is definitely a scam and I'm working hard on my refund, I'm now another statistic in the online scam business.
