Prime One Benefits or Prime One Financial presented me via telephone in August of 2003 a MasterCard credit card with an APR of 9.9%. The representative stated there was a charge of 187.00 in order for all of the fees such as balance transfer, annual and membership fees to be waived. They also stated by joining their membership that after 6 months I would be able to qualify for loans of any kind with institutions in their network.

After researching the Internet to find their website, I came upon this site when pulling up their name. I was absoulutely floored. I immediately called to see when my credit card was going to be delivered and the representative by the name of Maxine{I.D # 4001)stated that my package would be mailed out on 10/2/03. I asked her if my credit card would be included and she said "yes".

I went back on to the internet and found other people had received the famous package already. So I called back to see what was in the package. Maxine advised me that the following was in the package: "Free Cell Phone offer, credit card repair offer, free satellite offer, roadside assistance, healthcare offer and other things. When I asked her again would my credit card be included she stated this time that "the application for the approved credit card was in the package." I asked her why they do not include the credit card in the package and this time she stated that they were not a lending institution that they were a credit repair company. I asked her about a refund and she stated that I must send my package back and would receive my money in about 10-12 weeks and then said in about 8-12 weeks. I asked her who issued their credit cards the first time and she stated Huntington and Orchard. The second time she stated many different banks.

I asked to speak to a supervisor she stated they were gone but I could call and speak to Dorothy or Steven. She did not even know their last names. I asked to be transfered to the department that offers the cards because they told me I would be receiving a credit card in the mail 25 days after the money was debited from my account. She stated she did not know the department upstairs was telling people but she was telling customers that they would receive a credit card application in the mail. She kept changing her story which really confirm the fact that I was not going to receive a credit card and that I paid 187.00 for things that I receive in my everday mail.

People, Let's get together and sue the pants off of this scam company. People work too hard for their money to support those who rather cheat and still. Let's get our money back and then some.
