RIP OFF from PRIME PERIPHERALS at compUSA

I purchase a 50X CD from Comp USA on 02/26/2001. There should have been a $30.00 rebate with the purchase. I sent a copy of the receipt and rebate coupon to the address listed. I finally received a message saying that my rebate had been received and would be processed within 8 weeks. Eight weeks came and went. I finally called the 800 number listed and was told that I had to talk to Prime Peripherals. I corresponed with an employee named John Mahoney. He asked for all the information and told me I should expect my rebate within 8 weeks. I did not receive anything. When I tried to e-mail him again, I was told his e-mail address was no longer valid.

PRIME PERIPHERALS HAS RIPPED ME OFF!!
