Prime Quest Inc Avoid buying from this company. Prime Quest inc. is a big mistake. Big Liar!!! Northridge California

I was one of their victim and I want justice. I need to resolve this matter as soon as possible. I regret buying this machine from them. Whatever they told me before I purchased from them was very convincing, but it was all deceiving and misleading. The amount of $8,000.00 is exorbitant and it's not commensurate to the unit. The machine that has been advertised is not exactly the same like what they really installed.

According to the president of the Prime Quest Inc. , (Rafael Atilano) he said that he was the one who invented the machine but we found out that it was a lie. He even mentioned that the potassium only cost $10.00 when in fact it cost $17.99 at home depot. It's like buying an original and expensive bag like Louis Vuitton, but they sold you a fake one. Plus I am not satisfied with their machine as it developed so many problems after only four months.

I called the customer service so that I would return their machine but they have been so reluctant saying that the machine has a lifetime warranty. This kind of business is not supposed to exist in this kind of economy, they put people in debt. Instead of selling it in a reasonable price, they rather sell it in the corrupt manner. Hoping that people will learn their lesson from this experience.
