Prime Time Shuttle Don't rely on this Company for a ride ... they will leave you STRANDED!! Los Angeles California

My wife and I had planed a trip to Florida over Christmas, to see our Grandkids.  I thought that using a shuttle to the Airport would be convenient, save stress of fighting LA traffic, save on gas, and avoid the large storage fees, of leaving my car at Airport parking.

So, several days prior to our departure, I went on Prime Times website, and made a reservation.  I paid, and I received a confirmation #.  In the days ahead, I received reminder emails from Prime Time, and I thought that was a nice idea. 

But then on the very day of our departure, Prime Time calls me, and tells me that have to change my pickup time!  Just 3 hours before we are to be picked up, they tell me that they must pick us up an hour PRIOR to our agreed upon time - I told them that unfortunately, that would be impossible, because my wife and I would both still be at work.  They then told me that they had no one else available in my area, to take us to the Airport at the time we previously requested!!  I told the caller, you don't understand - we have a flight to catch at LAX in 3 hours, and you are cancelling on me?  The caller could not have cared less, and said that he would cancel our request for a ride!!

Furious, I called the main office in an attempt to get the matter resolved.  After waiting on hold for 22 minutes, the customer service lady was even worse than the original caller.  She offered no help whatsoever.  She did no care that they scewed us over, and that I now had very little time to arrange another way to get to the Airport.  They cost me extra money to get to the Airport, plus extra storage fees, and LOTS of aggravation!

This is by far, the WORST Company that I have ever dealt with!!

Don't make the same mistake that I did - do NOT attempt to use Prime Time Shuttle.  You cannot rely on them, they will let you down!
