PrimeOne - First National Credit - Royal Credit Solutions Ripoff of $187.00 PALM BEACH GARDENS Florida

In August 2003, I received a call from PrimeOne, offering me a credit card if I allowed them to take an initial fee of $187 from my checking account.

When I received the packet, I was not satisfied, so I called and said I was returning the packet and wanted a refund, said I felt they misrepresented themselves.

I called my Bank but they were of no use to me, they told me I had waited too long to report this, and therefore they were unable to back out the payment.

I sent the packet back in October 2003, tracked it back to the destination by way of US Postal Services Delivery Confirmation Receipt, and then started calling again for my refund.

Everyone I spoke with told me I would get my refund in 6-8 weeks, when I asked why they said it was necessary for them to check out the return packet, make sure I sent everything back.

I kept calling once a week, each week I got a bit of a different story, so I started asking for a supervisor, one was never available or I was already talking to one they would say.

My last call was on June 21, 2004, I spoke with a Marilyn, who was sweet as pie, sympathetic and told me she was upset I had waited this long, and she would personally insure my money was returned by June 30, 2004 because she was personally going to take my information to the return department.

The next time I called, after the 30 of June, the number was no good.

They took advantage of me, I wanted a hurry-up credit card so I too am the blame for not checking them out further.

However, I do believe that they will get their just due in the end...people like these folks run the gambit too often to not slip up somewhere along the line.
