In another thread a writer says Dave Ramsey endorses Primerica and also discusses Primerica Rep Roy Matlock. I think you will find this was true about 5-6 years ago because that is the route my husband and I took to get scammed by Primerica, but Dave Ramsey no longer endorses Matlock or Primerica. I heard they had a falling out - probably because Dave Ramsey figured out that people he was trying to help were getting roped in and losing their butts with Primerica.

I have another report here which I filed a long time ago if you want to know the whole sad story, or you can just read the hundreds of other reports and ask yourself why so many people are trying to dissuade others from making a big mistake. The people who post here defending Primerica will all say the same things:
1. The people who post complaints here have their own agenda's for not wanting you to succeed. They don't want you to be happy because they're not happy.
2. The former reps who post here are just angry because they didn't make it. They were just too lazy to go out and do the work.
All the current reps who post here will tell you they are "on track" to make $xxx or "on track" to become RVP by ___?
You don't see any reports from those who are already up there in the company ranks because those people who actually earn a good living (and there are some) have figured out the truth about the business and can't defend it, or they have somehow justified the scam to themselves so they can sleep at night. They either know the truth or can overlook the fact that they and their recruits are responsible for people who go bankrupt trying to make this business work. I personally know one family who lost everything (home,cars) working their tails off because they bought the company line. Some of the other people who were in the organization at the same time we were are probably at or near the same shape and the same is true for my husband and I. Shame is what has kept us quiet. We are not talking about losers here, these people and ourselves were the top people in the state for a while and we all probably could have made it if our personal savings hadn't run out before we started earning a living. It was a cool dream, but looking back I see that if we had made it we would somehow have had to figure out how to live with ourselves.
