Primerica wants me to pay them $$ I NEVER made Woodbridge Virginia

I did work at Primerica for a very short period of time. I only sold a few life insurance policies and cashed $77 in checks. I left only a few months there becasue I was tired of the "OP" meetings, the cult like atmosphere and in whole, the constant "selling the dream" routine.

Well, I received a letter from them saying that I owe them $178 because my "debt ratio is over 100%" and that if I do not remit that payment then all of my PFS agreements will be terminated??!! Big deal, I quit them a few months ago. I sent them a letter saying that I will only pay them back what I cashed, which would have been fair. I even referenced check numbers and listed the deposit dates. I proposed that I send them only the amount I cashed or nothing at all.

I received another letter just yesterday telling me the same thing. They obviously did not take my letter seriously or even read it. How can anyone justify me giving them money I never received? Who does their accounting? Do they track what checks have been cleared? If I receive one more letter, this is harassment. In their letter, they say to call my RVP,...yeah right, I do not even know where she is. This was a waste of time.
