I worked for this company.  I witnessed the Owner Chad Mclin ripoff several of his subb contractors.  Chad has no construction expereince.  He's a door to door salesman that worked for O&S construction (and stole their business model) and the Mens Warehouse.

Chad and his independent contractor friends go door to door illegally claiming to be insurance claims specialists and claiming to work with insurance companies.  They sign custoemrs up for new roofs pending insurance approval.  Once the insurance is approved they find the cheapest labor they can get and build the roof.  They also use really cheap material because it's inexpensive.  They paid TAMKO building products 1400.00 so they can get rebates on the shingle, and they will push you hard into using Tamko.

I've witnessed Chad not pay several of the roofers what was agreed.  He then fsailed to pay me after months of we're a new company I will mpay you later.  I was never on one occasion paid what was agreed upon.  I left Primestar partially due to non payment but also because I saw Chad make decisions not to repair damage with the intent to save himself money.

I did things the right way.  I filed with the Texas Workforce Commission.  Using emails and text messages and bank records to back my claim up hey found overwhelming evidence in my favor.  They ordered Chad to pay the wages.  He has not done so to this day.
