PRIMESTAR WON''T REMOVE THEIR SATELLITE DISH

Primestar wont remove their dish

I decided not to convert from Primestar to Direct TV.
Primestar refuses to remove the dish from my roof, but they would like me to mail them the receiver and Im supposed to believe that theyll send me a check for postage? Why is it that their so worried about getting the receiver back and not the dish? Is it because they cant use the old dish and their sticking it to the consumer to dispose of it.

Why is it that if I would have converted systems they would have removed the old one and replaced it with the new one? What a scam their pulling why waste their money removing useless dishes when that customer doent want their new service, make the customer pay for not staying with them.
Primestar is practicing bad business!

PLUS THEIR RATES ARE OUTRAGOUS!
