I reserved transportation with Primetime Shuttle in LA for round trip transfer from Long Beach airport to LAX in December.

Getting to LAX from Long Beach for our connecting flight to Hong Kong was no issue. Upon our return, after a long 15 hour flight, we were picked up at LAX and were supposed to be transferred to Long Beach airport for our return flight to NY and subsequent connection to Puerto Rico.

Since our inbound flight from Hong Kong arrived LAX late, I asked the shuttle driver if he would be able to get us to Long Beach airport on time, since we only had 1 hour to make our connection. Otherwise, I would just take a cab. He stated "don't worry, I'll get you there on time".

The driver proceded to pick up other passengers along the route, but instead of dropping us off at the airport, decided to go out of route and drop off the other passengers first.

What was this moron thinking? Out of route? By the time he got us to the airport, we had already missed our flight to NY, which by the way, was the last one for the evening. Long Beach airport shuts down and closes at 10pm. We were stranded.

We had to pay $120 for a cab to Ontario, California to attempt to catch Jet Blue's midnight flight to NY. When we arrived, our award tickets could not be changed and we were forced to spend over $600 on two one way tickets to NY. It was late, so our baggage did not make it on the flight with us.

We made it in to NY late and had missed our connection to Puerto Rico. We had to fly standby on a later flight. We got in to Puerto Rico late that evening and our baggage didn't make it in for two days.

All of this because that moron driver went out of his route. I received no compensation whatsoever from Primetime Shuttle. They refused to accept any responsibility. The moron driver's responsibility cost me over $700.

I'll never use their service again and sincerely hope that all reading this will consider other shuttle services prior to selecting Primetime.I also filed with the Better Business Bureau. No surprise that Primetime had many complaints against them on file and had the worse possible rating.
