Winnol LLC , Primewinn LLC
Same entity, same scam.
Winnol LLC raised 7 million dollars, with Paramjit Bedi as CEO, and Jasleen Singh as Co-founder.
Where did 7 Million go?
It's all gone is the answer.... why?
It's in an offshore account.
Paramjit Bedi and Jasleen Singh have 22 Lawsuits Pending against them.
One being a sexual harassment lawsuit, in which Mr. Bedi is about to face Criminal Charges.
This is being authored by someone with inside knowledge of both of these people.
Antuanet Khamtrashyan, Paramjit Bedi, Jasleen Singh, Gini "Satinder" Singh.
All 4 snakes and crooks. They raise investment capital on a "dream", but when it comes down to brass tacks, THE PRODUCT NEVER HAPPENS.
Find me one person on this earth who will vouch for these people. They have burned every bridge in Los Angeles.
Every major business knows about Param. Even the NFL head of Security severed ties with Param after he heard about his lawsuits and fraudulent past, they were trying to poach investment capital from NFL players.
End of the day, if you work for Primewinn, start looking for another job. Ever notice how Param and Jasleen and "Crissy", all pay themselves 10k plus a month, but they are a "startup" company.
All startups never pay themselves, due to the fact they run "lean" in the beginning until they can become profitable, it's business 101! But in fact they go against it, due to the fact it will FAIL, and they plan on it.
Anyone who puts 1 penny in this companies account, will never see it again. But don't trust me, trust the 30 investors in Winnol that were burned for 7 million.
-Someone who dedicated their life to Winnol, and watched it explode in a ball of flames, due to extremely poor management, lack of any business acumen, and lack of how to run any successful business.
Ask Param if he has ever ran a profitable business, ask Jasleen the same thing, ask Krissy the same thing.
All haven't.

5.85 Million Dollar Defamation LawsuitAgainst DISGRUNTLED FORMER HIREES Daryl Temkin and Christopher James Gurry Filed By Winnol LLC, Primewinn LLC, Paramjit Bedi, Jasleen Singh, and Antuanet Khamtrashyan
On September 25, 2013, Winnol LLC, Primewinn LLC, Paramjit Bedi, Jasleen Singh, and Antuanet Khamtrashyan filed a 5.85 million dollar lawsuit in the Los Angeles Superior Court (Winnol LLC vs. Daryl Temkin, et al., Case No. EC061249) against, among others, disgruntled former hirees Daryl Temkin and Christopher James Gurry seeking compensatory and punitive damages under six causes of action for defamation and interference with business relationships and contracts. In or around the end of 2012, Winnol LLC fired Daryl Temkin and Christopher James Gurry for conduct detrimental to the company. Subsequently, anonymous individuals or individuals impersonating Winnol investors published false and malicious statements about Winnol LLC and Primewinn LLC and their respective officers, employees, and agents with the specific intent to undermine and harm the good name and reputation of Winnol LLC, Primewinn LLC, Paramjit Bedi, Jasleen Singh, and Antuanet Khamtrashyan.
Winnol LLC, Primewinn LLC, Paramjit Bedi, Jasleen Singh, and Antuanet Khamtrashyan take very seriously any and all false statements made against them. Winnol LLC, Primewinn LLC, Paramjit Bedi, Jasleen Singh, and Antuanet Khamtrashyan shall defend themselves from any and all such false statements by taking legal action against the appropriate parties to clear their good name and reputation and recover all damages caused by the offending parties.
