Los Angeles Superior Court Judges all say the same thing about Param Bedi and Jasleen Singh
Repeatedly, the Judges call them “Scams”. They have lawsuit after lawsuit and they never win. So much for Winnol which is really – Lose All and PrimeWinn is really, PrimeLose. That’s all Jasleen Singh and Param Bedi do is lose. They are best at losing other people’s money.
Every judge knows they are dealing with scum when it comes to Bedi and Singh.

5.85 Million Dollar Defamation LawsuitAgainst DISGRUNTLED FORMER HIREES Daryl Temkin and Christopher James Gurry Filed By Winnol LLC, Primewinn LLC, Paramjit Bedi, and Jasleen Singh.
On September 25, 2013, Winnol LLC, Primewinn LLC, Paramjit Bedi and Jasleen Singh filed a 5.85 million dollar lawsuit in the Los Angeles Superior Court (Winnol LLC vs. Daryl Temkin, et al., Case No. EC061249) against, among others, disgruntled former hirees Daryl Temkin and Christopher James Gurry seeking compensatory and punitive damages under six causes of action for defamation and interference with business relationships and contracts. In or around the end of 2012, Winnol LLC fired Daryl Temkin and Christopher James Gurry for conduct detrimental to the company. Subsequently, anonymous individuals or individuals impersonating Winnol investors published false and malicious statements about Winnol LLC and Primewinn LLC and their respective officers, employees, and agents with the specific intent to undermine and harm the good name and reputation of Winnol LLC, Primewinn LLC, Paramjit Bedi, and Jasleen Singh.
Winnol LLC, Primewinn LLC, Paramjit Bedi, and Jasleen Singh take very seriously any and all false statements made against them. Winnol LLC, Primewinn LLC, Paramjit Bedi and Jasleen Singh shall defend themselves from any and all such false statements by taking legal action against the appropriate parties to clear their good name and reputation and recover all damages caused by the offending parties. Any individuals who foolishly believe that lies about Winnol LLC, Primewinn LLC, Paramjit Bedi and Jasleen Singh can be spread in anonymity without repercussion are seriously mistaken.
