Paid for 3 door mats and an ornament. I contacted them numerous times via email and was given various excuses why the items weren't shipped and emails where Heather was "surprised" I didn't receive the items and assured she would "look into it" resulting in still never receiving the merchandise. I have filed a dispute with my credit card and if that is unsuccessful I will be contacting the attorney general to intervene. Do not buy anything from this company. They do not have merchandise. They have a web site showing merchandise only.

I will get it taken care of. I am not sure why this got so out of hand. You were told the Mats were on backorder. I will be happy to do whatever I need to take care of this. So I will get it done today...

Undelivered Merchandise

When I received the incomplete order I contacted Visa and told them I received most of my order but they are keeping the dispute open until I receive the final door mat. As soon as you send me the snowman mat I can have Visa reverse the charge back. They did not want to close the dispute until this is resolved.

USPS . Priority Mail..... 9405509699939894156381 This is the tracking number showing it was delivered if anyone wants to see for themselves . I shouldn't even be having to do this. Mrs. Hacker seemed so nice. Sad what people will do to try to ruin someones reputation. Paypal is disputing the chargeback for me, they see they were delivered. Such a shame.

To update my original comments: I did receive 2 door mats and the ornament. One door mat still has not been sent. There is really no reason any company in the U.S. should take from February 10, 2015 until June 2015 to ship items. I haven't lied about anything and I'm still owed merchandise or a refund of $15.99 for the item that is missing.

Why would you lie about this. Lying is not the way to go about this. I am so shocked . You know you got your rugs and ornament. I have proof of delivery. I think you need to go back and check your records before accusing someone of something. So not right. Just so sad you'd do this. Wolf in sheep's clothing.
