Primo creates the impression of a classic car dealership, actually there are 2-3 people,,

uses photos that are outdated.Displays cars that he may have or is acting as broker..

The car you see in pics, might be photos takes yrs ago,,he fooled me,,,

one is given the impression it is a "hands on "operation,,that maintains their cars,,not so,,,

I paid for a car last tuesday,,today ,monday still no car has been deliver'd,,,

Derek works with Discount Auto Transport,,

they all request the $money, and give the impression your car is being shipped via a organized auto sales dept...

not so,,,

I will try to resolve out of court,,but derek sounds unwilling...

And the truth will set you free.....

AUTHOR: Primo Classics International LLC - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, December 22, 2015

To start off Walter purchased this vehicle via the telephone.  I explained this vehicle to him as 1973 Cadillac Eldorado survivor car with 50k miles on it.  I had told him this car was in absolutely great shape for a survivor car and the trim was exceptional.  Keeping in mind I deal in classics for a living I have had upwards of 20 70's model Cadillac Eldorado's in my inventory in the last two years.  Having that many I can say that the trim on this car was among the top 3 of those twenty and that was divulged to Walter.  I told him the interior was tear free and the paint looked great for a car of this age.  The only issues I saw were a small scratch in the front drivers side and some wear on the corners of the convertible top on both drivers and passengers side.  Aside from that the car drove great.

Our pictures are all taken when we got the car in.  This particular car was picked up at an Auction up North and put in our inventory on 10/2/2015.  According to Walter my pictures are old pictures of the car.  If you go to my website ,primoclassicsllc.com you will quickly see every single car I have has a similar type of photo shoot done.  We do this so people know matter of factly that the pictures they see are pictures we took.  If his accusation that we show old pictures is true, and since we just picked up the car on 10/2/2015 of this year, please explain to me how all cars in my inventory have the same photoshoot if these are old pictures as he claims.  Even more....the pictures have palm trees in the background. Since this car was purchased up north...and there are no palm trees up north, that kind of puts a wrench in that theory.  Also if the pictures aren't current, how are all the pictures of every car of mine in a similar photoshoot fashion in the same parking lots or in front of the same mansion?

As for staff he claims we have 2-3 people.  He has never stepped foot at our facility.  We in fact have about 15-20 people that work for us.  So again making false accusations without any facts.

As for shipping I explained to him we use Discount Auto Transport and they are a broker.  I explained the way it works is they quote an amount for shipping.  They put that amount into a pool for potential transporters to take the job.  At that point Discount verifies the shipper is licensed and insured.  They send out the shipper and the shipper is then required to give us a bill of laden which describes the condition of the car before it ships out.  This is required before a car leaves my possession to protect the consumer and to protect us.  In this particular case the shipper only marked the scratch on the front of the car that I had already explained to the customer.  I took pictures of the car in our warehouse before it left as well.  The customer received the car a few days later and the rear end was damaged.  Walter was frustrated and understandably so.  He took pictures and sent it to me.  The rear bumper was pushed in and in the picture the car behind it on the carrier was literally against our 73 Caddy.  That car damaged the 73 Caddy we sent him.  At that point I walked him through how to make a claim against the shippers insurance and offered to help him through the whole process.  This of course turned into accusations that were false and a demand from him for a refund of over $6000 because he felt he paid too much.  I told him I can't do that but I am more than willing to help him with his claim for the damage.  He didn't want my help.

I have the bill of laden to provide to show aside from the small scratch up front, none of the other body damage was present when the shipper picked it up.  Also I have pictures both when we got the car and also when it shipped again to show condition.  As in everything in life people have differences of opinions...that is what makes the world go round.  I told Walter flat out he is welcome to fly in and we would pick him up at the airport so he can see the car (which he didn't want to do), I told him he is welcome to have an inspector come see the car.  He didn't want to invest the money in that either.  We made every attempt to help him from day one and tried emphatically to help him with his claim because we felt bad for his situation but of course sometimes pride gets in the way.

If anyone questions the validity of my responses you are welcome to come to our warehouse where you can see all of our cars nearly 70 fit in our warehouse and it is almost always filled, meet our staff and see for yourself that the statements made were in fact defamatory and false.

I highly suggest this defamatory claim made against us is removed as it is without merit and done clearly out of spite.
