America Cameras and Primotronix are lying thieves.

I ordered a camera and lens on October 5th 2014. I did not receive any acknowledgment so I called them on Oct 19th. After they tried to sell me items that already came with the camera (charger, battery, etc),  I cancelled the order. On October 27th my credit card was charged the full amt. I have called and attempted to get my money refunded but it has been one lie after another "We will send you a refund check. We will send you a refund check via FedEx - Guaranteed". I am now waiting on Bank of America to refund the charge through their fraud department. 
DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ELECTRONICS FROM ANY COMPANY BASED IN NEW YORK.
