I had an outstanding order with Primotronix for 7 weeks for a camera flash. I never rec'd any follow-up beyond the original confirmation. I sent an email asking for an order update and rec'd no reply. I called and was told the item was on back order and would be in a few weeks. I finally called again after 7 weeks and cancelled the order. Find products you are looking for elsewhere!
