85 year old Virginia Roy (manager, LOL) will monitor your mail and violate your privacy while lying to your face and gossiping behind your back. Anger her and she will try to ruin you and your reputation. Admittedly goes years without speaking to residents she dislikes. Yells at others. Hangs up on calls from complainants. Almost guaranteed to screw up your paperwork or forget it altogether.

Reportedly owned by 74 year old, New York slum lord named Fredda (Freddy) Lunt who hides behind a man's name for whatever reasons. She is CEO and owner of Princeton Properties in Portland that has a one star satisfaction rating and numerous long-standing unresolved complaints. Alledgedly has a MBA from Central MO State ??? Too bad she didnt stick around for their new MBA in Ethical Strategic Leadership !

Complaints ignored by arrogant, incompetent portfolio "manager" Greg Knakal at Princeton Properties. Unbelievably, this moron has been an instructor for the National Apartment Association and is past President of Metro Multifamily Housing Association. Guess he taught other people to be a sleaze bag slumlord too. Greg is a graduate of Lewis and Clark College. (Make 'em proud Greg !)

Employee pads reviews on apartment rating sites while removing people's personal property intended for charity.

Employees get no paid holidays, sick leave, health insurance, or paid vacation.

Compete for parking spaces on street or pay same as non-residents.

Overflowing dumpsters with rancid trash located within feet of rear entrance. Emptied once a week at 4AM wakes numerous residents nearby

Homeless people dumpster dive, urinate in stairwells, and sneak into building to do ???

If you believe you have been treated unlawfully by Virginia Roy, Fredda Lunt, Princeton Properties, or Greg Knakil, report them to the Better Business Bureau, file a claim in small claims court for $75 (no lawyer needed) and report to Salem Fire Department, Health Department, and Salem Housing Authority.

Tenants have RIGHTS and you don't have to tolerate their greed, negligence, and incompetence ! If you do, they'll go on taking advantage of anyone and everyone they can until YOU stop them !
