This lender steals deals from the people that work along side with them. They are thiefs and do not respect the people that bring them business. They "back doored a deal" that was signed sealed and delivered to them and was a breach of the agreement we had in place with them - Please see email that was sent to them below regarding a law suit that we are making against them. 
 
Do not trust this organization they are crooks and will ripoff anyone that works with them. They are crooked and are just have horrible ethics. They funded a deal behind our backs and owe us about 8,000 for this. 
 
to further elaborate - see below the clause i will be suing you for - this an absolute breach of your iso agreement - it clearly states you will wire the merchant for the iso who obtain the merchant agreement which we got plus all stipls. Not sure why you guys are going this route but this needs to be rectified - Please advise which course you will be taking on this by end of business day -
 
F. Process for Dual Submissions
Applications submitted by multiple ISO’s will be processed for all ISO’s who submit the
application. Principis will wire the merchant for the ISO who obtains the merchant agreement.
