Print Harmony llc , Press Geek DELIVERS LITERALLY UN-SELLABLE PRODUCTS. St. Petersburg Florida

Print Harmony is a wholesale print company that produces printing supplies for smaller print companies. I orderd a batch of 5000 quad fold flyers,  paper 100lb gloss TEXT for a customer. I expressed in emails before placing the order about how VITALLY important fold lines, that they need to be accurate! I physically went down to P.H to ensure that the fold lines would be accurate. When I recieved the order the fold was .161 inch off  which is 5/31" and the paper was 80lb gloss TEXT  COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!  Unacceptable to the point that the customer was very unhappy and STILL needed the flyers ASAP.  Print Harmony admitted that the file was unaceptable and on thinner paper when I went down there physically. They told me I would get a call.  

No call,

I had to call multiple times. When I finally talked to who I needed to talk to I was informed that the file would not be reprinted and I would only get off. 

MY CUSTOMER REFUSED THE ORDER AND WAS VERY UPSET WITH THE QUALITY! 

I asked PH to reprint the order, THEY REFUSED, THEY REFUSED, THEY REFUSED.  They offered to give me %50 off, but my customer was not interested in the horrible quality. 

I had to move fast so I sent the job to another local printer (BCE) and paid a lot more and lost money on the job. But the job was to my satisfaction. 

I repeadedly contacted Print Harmony to schedule a pick up to take the un-sellable printing.  

No answer.

I emailed them to pick up the bad print job!

No answer.  

After a while in which the company would not return phone calls or emails,  I called the CC comany to dispute the charge. 

This company produces a terrible product that ended up COSTING ME $200.00. I lost. 

Now they have sent me a certified letter that states that I must pay them for the unsellable print job that they refused to pick up. 

I personally am not taking this bullying from this company and NO ONE ELSE SHOLD EITEHR !    I later found out they have terrible reviews. I regret my friend telling me about this company and have not used them anymore.
