Priority Van Lines Destroyed our personal belongings, lied to us, and financially ripped us off Northridge California

we contract priority van lines to move us from randlett, utah to hobbs, new mexico. their quote was very reasonable ($1,990.00) and they seem reputable. we found out that they are the biggest fraud in america.

i had updated pur inventory list to include some items i had forgotten before. the price went up to $2590.00. I though this was expensive, but was assure that would be all that we would pay - a guaranteed price. when the movers finally arrived (thirty hours later than i was guaranteed), they said we had went over the cubic footage and owed them $1405.00 on delivery. i argued with the corrupt office manager rachel and she agrees to discount the price to $853.50. i confirmed the price with her four times. i also called the next day to find out where the movers were and to confirm the price

on the day the movers arrived, they said we owed $933.00. when i call rachel, she informed me that she did not know where i came up with the $853.50.

the movers made us give them payment before they unloaded our stuff. we paid them the $933.00.

everything we owned was completely damaged. Box springs, a book shelf, dvd holder, baby crib, bed, just to name a few. also, the movers tore the linoleum and stained the carpet with mud in our rental home. They also, tore carpet.

we are completely devistated and can't believe people could treat anyones possessions like that. we had observed the movers unloading other peoples things to get to ours. they were throwing the stuff into the wet street.

we have filed a claim and are now waiting for a response.

please do not ever use this horrible company.
