PriorityOne Movers Proud American Movers furniture broken beyond repair--missing major pieces of furniture--unable to set up anything as promised Irving, Texas

Contracted with Proud American Movers with $160. deposit, $646.02 due at pickup and $804.98 upon deliver a total of $1611.  Max said this was a binding quote.   PriorityOne picked up May 25.  I called continuously to no avail.  I had 35 days free storage and one month after the free storage I got a call that I owed for one month additional storage.  I paid 1981.67  on July 20 to have delivery and was told they would deliver on July 28 or 29, then Aug 7or 8.  They finally delivered on Aug 22 after I threatened to get legal help.  Every single thing was broken--computer shelf broken to smitherines and then they did not bring all the pieces to that, bed rails, beds could not be put up, head and foot boards of one set was missing as well as one side lighted bookshelf/nightstand, dresser mirror, frames and slats to 2nd bedroom set, one of my boxspring and mattress set was missing (I had someone else's), I had the base to my dinette table but the top was missing, My entertainment center (for 32in TV) was missing, the piano bench missing, my carpet cleaner is cracked.  Even though they covered stuff my sofa was stained and my dresser was chipped.Darren dWoods (driver) said he would mail me a copy of the check off when he made a stop going back (He said he was faxed a single copy and did not have a copy to give me.  I gave him a self addressed, double stamped envelope but haven't received anything yet.  I have called several times to try to rectify this to no avail. I am 61 years old, disabled and have so many medical issues (osteoarthritis, fybromyalgia, diabetes w/insulin, hypertension and congestive heart failure plus trying to raise and care for a daughter with special needs.  My body hurts every day and  I just don't have the energy to fight with a company that does not know what the truth is.
