Hello I am the owner of Complete Computer Services in Bovey, Minnesota.

I was subcontracted by PPT to perform an installation at MIFC, a local business in Grand Rapids, MN, of two Dell printers for which the compensation stated was $134.00 per hour per incident estimated job time 2.00 hrs..

I completed the job on 4/15/2009. It was issued under a PPT Project Dispatch form from Valerie Murphy project manager (Who I understand no longer works there.)

I closed the order by both phone and online at the service website on 4/15-16/2009. I had faxed in the completed PPT Project Dispatch form that I had received from Valerie to do the job. The form had the date and my signature on it from the 15th of April. The only provision for a signature was for Partner Signature: which I took to mean I was supposed to sign it and fax it in. No other forms were sent to me nor did I receive any correspondence from any one informing me otherwise.

I was subsequently informed that I needed a signature from the Customer in order for the invoice to be paid. This was on July 10th 2009 after several attempts to have someone at PPT contact me on the matter( I was informed of this from someone at the help desk.). I returned to the customer site and received the signature from Lisa Foust at MIFC. I faxed that form in to PPT. No response from PPT. I have subsequently faxed in this form on several occasions after contacting PPT help desk and being asked to fax it in again.

I have over the course of the past months made several attempts to have someone at PPT call me and inform me of the status of this invoice, one being Mitch Wright? in accounting, plus several other extension numbers. No response from any one at PPT. The people on the help desk try to shuffle you off to someone without listening to what you have to say. In this case the accounting department.

I have left messages in this departments mail box when possible (Mitch Wrights.) (when it isn't full so you can actually leave a message.) No Reponse. Mitch Wright has never answered his phone on the repeated times I have tried his extension number. Nor have I received a response on several other extensions supposedly in accounting.

I was shuffled off a couple of times to the help desk manager after trying to explain the situation to the help desk Help desk manager ( Matt Carter) did take down my information and said he would post it on Mitch Wrights door. Do not know if he did or not. I have not received a respnse from Mitch Wright or anyone else in accounting. I have also left messages with the owner of PPT (one Cliff King) No Response.

I have now resorted to writing a letter to Mr. King addressing the situation. I do not really expect any response from this Company and have written off the expense of doing this work for PPT.
