I bought an item online through Pristine Auctions. The item that I received was not in the condition that their ad description represented the item. They included photos of the basketball I bought. The photo showed a small smudge on an autographed Michael Jordan ball Under the signature. However, when I got the ball there were two huge smudges on each side of the ball. These huge smudges were not shown in the photos nor were they in the worded description provided by the company. Now I stuck with a worthless ball that I paid nearly $1,000 for. Please do not use this auction house.

Pristine Auction has remedied the situation in an acceptable manner and promised to train staff so that a situation like this does not happen again. I appreciate the CEO's willingness to work with me.
