i am a single parent of six minor children and figured since i was gettint my life back on track since my divorce i need to get my finances in order so i searched the web and came across privacy matters. well you think with a name like that it would matter but it didn't. i never was able to access anything but crap sites instead of my 3 free credit reports, couldn't get a live agent,started recieving intantly approvals for credit cards, cancelled through the phone automated service-was given no confirmation of cancellation number. until i researched and found on here a complaint from 2006\11 a woman in georgia that stated how long it took her and is still taken her to stop being charged by this company and it's many discuss companies.

I e-mailed federal goverment complaints, better business as well as adaptive marketing the corporate giant for privacy matters and i did handle the situation aggressively like the creditors call consumers,i informed them that i wanted no parts in there companies under any names they may have and that i demanded a cancellation number which conviently was sent with in five minutes to my e-mail address and i informed them if any company affiliated with them charges my account i will be filing a lawsuit , class action if need be with the rest of the consumers that were scammed by this company
