the company private label nutraceuticals llc who sells or makes, not sure of novacare serum, aging cream, was on line giving a sample just pay 4.95 shipping, to try, 20 days later my mastercard, was charged 99.15, still don't know why the charge was for, the ad didnot say any other charges. i cotacted them a few days after the order and they sayed they would refund my money, three months has gone by, and still nothing. i call them and they said it took 30 days that my bank takes that long to add to my acct. well that was a lie, talked to bank and they said ,not true, so called the company back at the number on bottle, and they said takes about 7 days for refund, call them back if you don't recieve it. call them back and was told a supervisor would contact me, never did. called back, said they would let the billing know, and would contact me. they didn't. now 3 months have gone by, and they give me the address and name og company to contact. they won't help me, even got a tran action number to confirm money was refunded, bank says no.
