PRIVATE LABEL NUTRACEUTICALS PLN or Private Nutra HORRIBLE COMPANY! This is the worst company I've EVER done business with. I should have known that they would be a nightmare to work with when the first sales rep I had was almost impossible to reach after I ordered, then quit and NO-one ever notified me, so my questions just went Norcross Georgia

I should have known this company was going to screw me from the start when the first sales rep was almost impossible to reach to get questions answered, and then quit the company but no-one ever told me. So forever, I kept trying to find out what was going on with my orders and ask questions and wasn't getting any response.

But  I tried to give the company the benefit of the doubt and let them give me another sales rep, who was a nice lady by the way but basically part of this MESS OF A COMPANY that does not communicate with their customers, you never know when you're gonna get your FREAKING ORDERS after they have your money. Its just excuse after excuse, and then they won't give you a refund!

First they told me orders take 4-6 weeks, then as we got closer to the 5th week I was asking shouldn't you guys be shipping soon, so I can have it in hand by the 6th week. But NO, not only did they not have the product even in bottling or the labeling department yet, they didnt have it nor know when. Everytime I asked I got some BS excuse, and vague answers like soon, you should order earlier in case there are delays. OKAY! I dealt with that crap repeatedly, blaming me for the fact they never had concrete answers about when the product would be available. But THEN, while its 7 weeks I've been waiting on the last order, I'm trying to take the sales reps advice and order more sooner, so I won't be without product again as I have been now for almost 2 months!

They lead me to believe my previous order would be shipped this week, and then AFTER they took over $3,000 out of my account for the next order, they tell me the previous order is still not ready, and MAYBE it will be ready next week. BS!

And then when I see the sales order, for the new order, I notice it says under the label info that orders will go into production 5 weeks after the deposit is made. Of course I thought this was referencing the labels becauses its right under the label details.

AFTER THEY took my $3,000.00 they lady explains that the 5 weeks is not referencing labels but its the product. SO THEY DON'T EVEN PROCESS YOUR ORDER FOR YOUR PRODUCT UNTIL 5 WEEKS AFTER THEY HAVE MY MONEY! All this time they had me thinking as soon as I pay they start my order, and because its so involved to make it, it takes all this time! BS!

They don't even start the FREAKING ORDER! So I told them I want a refund for the new order you just charged me for cuz there is no way I want to wait 5 more weeks for you to start the next order, when its been already 7 weeks since the previous order and I still don't have it. Have been having to give angry customers who PRE-ORDER FROM US refunds, cuz the product is STILL NOT HERE! This was less than 12 hours from when they charged my account and finally told me the truth.

They lady tells me, sorry NO REFUNDS! Even though they mislead me about when the orders are even processed, even though the order before is STILL NOT HERE and it was due within 4-6 weeks. Now our brand's reputation is being damaged cuz these people are UNORGANIZED, UNRELIABLE, AND DECEPTIVE! I will be reporting them to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, and contacting an attorney!

You work your butt off to build a brand, and your suppliers are like your partners, so when they don't do their part they can really damage your business. So DON'T BUY JACK FROM THESE PEOPLE unless you don't give a rat's u know what about your company. Cuz they are only nice, until you become dependent on them for your inventory, they they don't give a D*** about you, or your company, and will take your money and not even give you your product as agreed!
