Private Workout Definitely lacking customer service Irving, Texas

I have a few concerns with this "fitness" facility. They claim to be personal trainers, yet their physique lacks that of what a personal trainer/fitness expert might portray. They even went so far(on my first day)as to tell me that this program would allow you to eat whatever you want and there was really nothing I needed to give up in my diet(I never disclosed any info regarding my diet to him because he never asked), I would only need to increase my protein intake, all the while still losing body fat. That should have been the red-flag for me, but I was naive and made a mistake and fell for the bait. I joined and basically signed away my life and money.

About a week later, I asked the not-so-friendly(he was VERY friendly the very 1st day when I went in for my "evaluation") front desk attendant/personal trainer/always on his cell phone, if he had any recommendations on nutrition, but he stated they do not comment on nutrition since they aren't registered dietitians...but, they tell you how much protein you should consume per day, as well as tell you their program allows you to eat whatever you want. Wait, I thought they couldn't comment on nutrition?

The facility is lacking in it's appearance and cleanliness, as well as management and customer service. The front desk attendant(as far as I'm concerned that's all he really is) is very rude, especially if you bother him while he's on his cell phone.

 I will be canceling my membership, but I won't fight any of the cancellation fees(even though I haven't used the facility in quite some time). I did try and see if they could work something out with me since I hadn't used the facilities for a couple of months, but not to my surprise they were unwilling to work with me. In the end, I will count it as a lesson learned and hopefully, others will be cautious when deciding to join Private Workout.
