I received letter after letter stating that I had won over millions of dollars.  On yesterday, December 9, I received a telephone call from an unrestricted number, which I don't usually answer, however, I answered this call. The caller asked me if I had received notifications stating that I had won Millions of dollars and a Mercedes Benz and a BMW. I acknowledged yes.

He then asked if I had a Walmart, Walgreen or CVS store near my home. I confirmed yes. He then stated that he wanted me to buy 3 pay cards from one of those stores for them to load the money on the cards for me.  I asked him how much were the cards. He said $504.00 each. I  told him I was not going to do that.  My husband then took the phone and asked him if I had won money whey did I need to buy anything? My husband then told him not to call me anymore. This morning, December 10, 2013 I received the same call they told me it was Publisher's Clearing House but they were the same people.

Today I received a letter from Prize Documenting Center but there was no ones name signed to it. They asked for $5.00 I thought that was a small amount of money.  I looked them up on the internet and they were listed under rip-off report.

I read where the lady said she sent them $5.00 from her checking account and they took more out of her account. I am so grateful that you had listed that in your report. It let me know that even the smallest amount could cause us problems.  We are senior citizens and it is terrible that people send letters in mail and call you on the telephone pretending that you have won something.  I did not get excited because I had already received too many of those kinds of letters. I paid the $20.00, $25.00, $26.00 before I realized it had to have been a scam. It also helps to read it on the internet.

Thank you for your rip off reports. The first thing I do now when I get one of those letters is to look them up.
